1，  different mixing principle means different capacity

(1),mixing principle of the traditional mixers

V type mixer ,three dimensional mixer ,and double cone mixer are the most widely used mixers in the market ,whose operating principle is utilizing the rotation of the materials barrel to let the mixed materials convect and roll in order to achieve the purpose .It is testified the best charging rate is 40%,the higher the charging rate ,the worse the mixing effect ,When the charging rate reaches 50%,it will become worse obviously .In addition ,it is of no significance as the charging rate is close to 80%.

(2)the principle of the Double Movement Mixer `

There is a spindle with 8 spiral blades in the mixers’ barrel ,which is utilized to roll the barrel ,cut ,alternate and distribute the materials .At the same time ,with the inclined spindle’s dissymmetrical track ,the materials are convected horizontally and rotated vertically .compared with the two mixing effect ,the former is much more better ,which could increase our charging rate up to 80% as the experiments show

(1)principle

For traditional mixers ,materials are mixed with the barrel rolling in the internal space ,while the Double Movement Mixer is both utilizing the rolling of the barrel and the high speed stirring blades .As the efficiency of the stirring blades are higher than the barrel’s ,our mixers’ efficiency is twice more double than the traditional ones .

(2)cases

In powder metallurgy industry ,the molybdenum powder is in strict mixing standards ,it at least needs 15hrs to meet the mixing effect ,however ,it’s only 5hrs that we take to meet the mixing standards .Furthermore ,it’s proved the quality of the products made by the mixing materials is much more better than the traditional method .

Less space will be used to put our mixers into use ,it only needs half the space of the800L-V Type Mixer to use the 400L Double Movement Mixer.
