Otherness between light powder and heavy powder compacts on mixing effect.
When producing new material products, none-metallic powder need to be added into metal powder, it absolutely will be a technology barrier that to mix powder which specific gravity tenfold difference. Sometimes it is not easy to mix evenly when the specific gravity double difference. Because in the process of mixing, the light powder always floating at top of container or above heavy powder. For traditional mixer, its mixing principle is only container revolving, so it is difficulty to push down light powder into heavy powder. Even if prolong mixing time, the result is also bad. However, for our double movement mixer, it has revolving container as well as full size revolving blades inside the container, the double mixing ways going on simultaneously. It is very easy to press light powder across heavy powder and get ideal mixing effect!

Fake particle impacts on mixing effect
Fake particle is fine powder hug together and forms bigger clusters. There are many reasons why fake particle forms. For example, moist surrounding, static electricity adsorption, adhesiveness caused by high temperature processing and so on. If the fake particle not broken up, it will certainly influence on mixing effect thereby influence on quality of end product. If avoid fake particle forming, cutting power is needed in order to break up the adhesiveness among fine powder. Ordinary 3D mixer is helpless against breaking up fake particle because it can't offer cutting powder. While the movement of cutting and alternate of our full size blade inside our double movement mixer, it can open and break up the fake particle very well. But if the adhesiveness is strong and hard enough, our machine can't break up the particle completely either. In this case, you'd better turn to other equipment for help.
Dry powder mixing technology impacts on end product
If the performance of end product is unstable, it is very likely that may caused by several raw powder materials mixing technology, which is an easy neglected process! The general mixing task is add few other powder into the material of main part, it is these few other powder that plays a crucial role to the performance of end product, So if the few other powder can be evenly mixed into the main part will be a critical factor that impacts on performance of end product. The quality of end product can be promoted greatly if we study carefully on the characteristic of dry powder, such as fluidity, specific gravity, thickness of particle etc. and choose a suitable mixer as well as mixing technology! After long term research with great concentration we had demonstrated mixing technology has close relation with end up product!
