Guided by the double movement theory, the food powder mixing equipment was designed and manufactured in 2008 and put in use the powder mixing techniques, taking the 100 liter  food powder mixing equipment for example.

1.  The barrel is designed as rotary structure to set full-scale stirring blade inside. The barrel is designed as big in the end and small in the middle to discharge the material easily;

2.  The barrel shaft is inclined design to mix the materials in two sides and eliminate the dead angle. The rotary speed of barrel is 25 turns/min.

3.   The full-scale stirring blades , whose moving space includes the whole barrel space, are set inside the barrel. The blades make impendent rotary movement, rotary speed 50 turns/min.
