ⅰ、Attentions
Before the mixer machine be shipped out, we have carefully checked all parts have been included (components already installed and not installed)
When user install the mixer, please check of the components whether damaged. If there is damage, please complain to shipping forwarder and inform seller of thia .
If you don’t install the mixer in long time, please store the mixer in place where it is dry, ventilated, cool environment
Make sure that the mixer suffers balanced force, no trend for deformation and overturning
ⅱ、Lifting
Every components of the mixer are heavy and in big size, we suggest that the user use crane lifting to unloading and installation.
2.1、Mixer frame components lifting
Mixer frame components including frame, reduction gear, main motor, control system and so on.
The weight of mixer frame components is about 8.1 tons, Size (L*W*H) is 5.96M*3.4M*3.4M. As below picture shown the hanging, ensure both ends of the tilt angle must not exceed 10°.
2.2、Mixer barrel components lifting
Mixer barrel components including barrel, main axis, blades, bearing block, big sprokect wheel and so on.
The weight of mixer barrel components is about 5.6 tons. Size (L*W*H) is 4.4M*3.8M*3.7M. As below picture shown the hanging, ensure both ends of the tilt angle must not exceed 10°.
2.3、Accessories such as sprocket wheel cover lifting
Accessories are light and small volume, user can self-arranged of installation
