Transmission part and barrel part are independent integral structure, so it is easy to install, convenient to maintain and stable running
 
3.1、Foundation
Generally, better use soft concrete form. If restrict to condition, hard concrete form can also be okay, but should be do preparation work on anti-slipping.
 
Soft concrete form means during make the horizon, put the frame components on concrete when it haven’t solidify. Fixed effect can be achieved by frame itself’s weight.
3.2、Installation steps
Min. 1.5M width should be left around the mixer for operating and maintenance consideration, In place of feeding port, it should leave space for opening the feeding port cap.
3.2.1、Machine in position
On condition of you can install the equipment in foundation qualified, adjust the mixer to mounting surface
3.2.2、Leveling and fixed
Ensure that the machine in the natural state horizontal. As below picture shown, vertical height difference between point A and point B can not exceed 5MM. Please don’t spoil machine horizontal when make the equipment fixed.

3.2.3、Remove lifting bar
After fixed the machine frame, remove the bolts at both ends of the lifting bar and hang out lifting bar, as below picture shown

3.2.4、Lifting barrel
Separate the barrel components from transportation shelf, lifting barrel components to mixer frame, as picture shown.
When lifting barrel to mixer frame, please pay attention to adjust end face of big sprocket wheel, small sprocket wheel in same surface, then fix bearing block and tighten the bolt.

3.2.5、Chain wheel installation
Start to install the chain after adjust same direction’s end face of big sprocket wheel and small sprocket wheel in same surface. It will be a little tight when install new machine’s chain, but after running the machine with and without materials, the tightness of chain will be suitable.
3.2.6、Sprocket wheel cover installation
Firstly install the down sprocket wheel cover in the mixer frame, secondly fix the up sprocket wheel cover above the down sprocket wheel cover, as below picture shown.
        
3.2.7、Cooling water pipe installation
Our company specifically increase cooling water circulation system so as to minimize the fever during reduction gear works and thereby ensure normal operation of the equipment, we hope users install the cooling water pipe, As picture shown, A,B this two ports can be used as inlet or outlet

3.2.8、Electrical parts installation
Ø  Installation should be done by staff with appropriate qualifications
Ø  Main circuit wiring should adopt matched sectional area with the mixer power
Ø  The machine is equipped with frequency converter, it has been debugged well before shipped out of our factory, please don’t touch it without permission. If it needs to adjust, please let professional staff to adjust it according to inverter manual
Ø  There is inverter starter device, please get note that motor heat dissipation problem when it runs at low speed of huge pvc industrial powder blender.
