ⅱ、Working principle, Structure, Applicable range
2.1、Working principle
JHS27000 double cones mixer is used to batch together multiple small batched of products to become a big batch mixing, so as to ensure consistency of product performance. Thus, This equipment requires large capacity, stable operation, safe and convenient, but not too strict in mixing standard. Therefore JHS27000 double cones mixer was produced according to above requirement.
The mixer machine adopts single movement mixing principle, fixed helical blades were designed inside of barrel. When the barrel rotates, materials rolling at the bottom of barrel, the helical blades make the materials shunting. Due to this simple rotation structure, the mixing efficiency improved..
The mixer machine used cylinder gear reducer, the advantage of this kind of gear reducer is high transmission efficiency, low failure rate, long service life. The gear reducer with water cooling system in order to minimize the heat generated by gear reducer during working and ensure normal operation of the equipment. For convenience use of users, we especially increase a frequency governor so as to reduce start-impact load and achieve frequency stepless speed governor.

2.3、Feeding port components
The opening way of the feeding port is by manual, as the picture shown, the inlet cover plate was tightened by 8 ring nuts, under which there is sealing ring to ensure no leakage during operation.
2.4、Discharge port components
Opening way of discharge port is pneumatic type. Just as below picture shown,
Open and close the discharge port was controlled by turning of butterfly valve. high wear-resisiting seal ring was embedded in butterfly valve ensured no leakage during mixer running. In below pic A,B , they are open and close, connect air source to the place A or B to realize opening or closing of discharge port.
2.5、Long stroke electromagnetic brake
Long stroke electromagnetic brake locates between motor and gear reducer, it play a part in braking when loading or discharge materials when the mixer machine stops and equipment maintenance.
This device has been debugged at our factory, customer no need to start it separately. Just do usually maintenance.
