Powder blender use face seal.
Chanical seal is unsuitable,and today,we'll talk about face seal,and find out if this kind of sealing is suitable for Jinhe Double Movement Mixer.
A face seal is a seal in which the sealing surfaces are normal to the axis of the seal on the JINHE brand powder blender.
Face seals are typically used in static application and are used to prevent leakage in the radial direction with respect to the axis of the seal. Face seals are often located in a groove or cavity on a flange.
Types of face seals on our powder blenders:
· O rings · E rings · C rings · Gaskets · End face mechanical seal A gasket (orange) used as a face seal to prevent flow from escaping from a pipe flange joint
From above,we learnt that face seal is also suitable for liquid sealing,and as for Jinhe Double Movement powder blender, for our equipment is mainly used in mixing powders,so face seal is unsuitable for double movement mixer,too.
