For the part of the maintenance of the mixer machine. The two ends of bearing base are sealed by beaing lid which not only withstand bearing load but lock the bearing in the axis shaft. there are two types of lid, rimmed or flushbonding. fixed on the container by screws, bearing lid is open with sealing components installed inside. the advantages of rimmed bearing lid are easy dismantle and adjustment with a bigger number of machine parts and less leveling surface compared with flushbonding lid.
Stop pin should be placed between the bearing lid and container to maintain the level of precision of the bearing during the process of dismantling.
Oil leveling indicator checks the level of the oil in the tank, which should be positioned in a place of easy access from the container and with stable oil level.
The processes of changing oil and draining dirty oil and detergent should take place at the bottom of the container therefore the oil hole should be placed at the bottom of the container. when not used, it should be sealed by plug screw and the contacting surface between screw and container should have gasket to prevent leakage.
