Powder Particle Size Impacts on JINHE Mixing Effect

Generally speaking,many aspects can impact the mixing effect,such as powder particle,fluidity,fake particle and so on,and today we'll talk about the first factor: particle particle.
People use mesh number to define degree of powder thickness.The finer the powder and the bigger in mesh number,the more difficult the powder to be mixed.When the mesh number more than 300,it will not be a simple question to mix.Because the number of powder will be increased by geometric series in unit volume when the powder is fine,with the number of powder added in unit volume,the mixing task will be greatly increased.What’s more,the physics characteristic of powder will change when the powder is ultra fine,such as adhesiveness increased and adsorption capacity added which will be great barrier for mixing.As test for the same powder,the smaller in particle,the worse will be i fluidity. It demands higher requirement in mixing efficiency.
In term of mixing efficiency,at present no machine can be better than our double movement mixer or catch up with ours.So our machine is quite qualified to mix super fine powder(mesh number above 800).
