Fake particle is fine powder hug together and forms bigger clusters.There are many reasons why fake particle forms,for example,moist surrounding,static electricity adsorption,adhesiveness caused by high temperature processing and so on. If the fake particle doesn’t break up,it will certainly influence on mix-ing effect thereby influence on quality of end product.If avoid fake particle forming,cutting powder is need ed in order to break up the adhesiveness among fine powder.Ordinary 3D mixer is helpless against breaking up fake particle because it can’t offer cutting powder.While the movement of cutting and alternate of our full size blade inside our double movement mixer,it can open and break up the fake parti- cle very well,but if the adhesiveness is strong and hard enough,our machine can’t break up the particle completely either.
