Correct installation,usage and maintenance of reducer play an importany role in the normal operation of machines. Therefore, installing reducer and usage should be made according to the instruction manuals as follows: 1st:before installation motor and reducer should be checked for their completeness, partically checking wether the contact parts of motor conform to these of reducer. 2nd: trun down screws from outside antidust hole and then adjust the inner ring to let it align with the antidust hole following by inserting another screw to tighten it. 3th: connect motor with reducer. durng connection the output shaft of reducer should be in the same line with input shaft of motor. any deviation will result in shaft breakage or torn down of reducer wheel.
