An JHN110 mixer order by The ZhuHai HanYing Tech Co,.Ltd has been sent to the same on Dec 28th 2014. this mixer is a custom-made one in which the contact parts are made of stainless steel 316 and special sealing components are added.
One week later, we contacted the manager of this company and were informed that the uniformity level increased substancially over the previous ribbon mixers and the detachment of vassel and inside blades make cleaning and unloading processes very conveinect.
The ribbon mixers used previously by the company do not have very good mixing effect due to the fact that the vessle of the mixer do not revolve and mixing is achieved by the revolving of the inner blades with dead space exsiting. it is very hard to meet the demand by using ribbon mixers as the liquitidy is added in the mixing process.the vessel and the inner blades of the double movement mixers produced by our company revolve simultaniously without dead space to ensure through mixing effect.
